The Pontiac Godfathers and Levittown Blue Dragons provided some drama at Pontiac Copperdome.

The inspired effort of Pontiac designated hitter Nathan Bram was not enough to prevent a 6-5 loss to the Levittown Blue Dragons. Bram hit 2 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice. Levittown goes to 34-16. The win puts them 3 games up in their division.

Levittown used the timely hitting of Eugene Parker to seize the win. The catcher stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the 11th inning to put the Blue Dragons on top, 6-5. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a game-changer.

"Our team showed some gumption," said Parker. "I like it."
