Waterfall Park was the site of an exciting ballgame between the Mancelona Torch and the Niagara Falls Expos.

Kyle Greene pitched well enough to win, but it was not to be. The Niagara Falls Expos, despite Greene's fine outing, dropped a 3-2 decision to the Mancelona Torch at Waterfall Park. Mancelona reliever Germán Silva picked up the win to move to 2-0. Kyle Greene suffered the loss.

Mancelona used the timely hitting of Marc Chagall to capture the win. The catcher socked a 2-run double in the top of the seventh inning to put the Torch ahead, 3-2. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was an important one.

"I was a little disappointed," said Niagara Falls manager Alan Manor. "We could've and should've scored more runs."

Niagara Falls has now lost 5 straight.
