Hawks Hope Win Turns Around Slow Start
The Laredo Hawks defeated the Levittown Blue Dragons, 9-2, at The Cave at Levittown. Laredo first baseman Neung-uk Yi was named player of the game for his superb performance. He went 1 for 4 with a home run, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. With the loss, Levittown falls to 5-5.

Laredo used the bat of Woody Maxwell to get the win. The third baseman hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the sixth inning to put the Hawks ahead, 4-2. It was his lone hit in 5 at-bats, but it did its damage.

"We'll grab a cold one tonight and go after another win tomorrow," Yi said.
