White Walkers Roll Over Voodoo, 11-4
|
White Walkers third baseman Ryder Ringor put his stamp on his team's 11-4 win over the New Orleans Voodoo. Ringor went 2 for 4 with 2 home runs and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice for Buffalo in the contest. Buffalo reliever Mannus Dijkman was the winner. His record is now 8-6. The losing pitcher was Héctor Barrera. NaNomi Lojore got the save, his 2nd in 3 chances.
Buffalo used the timely hitting of Armando Altagracia to seize the win. The shortstop stroked a 2-run single in the top of the fourth inning to put the White Walkers on top, 5-3. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.
"It's nice to come out on top today," said Altagracia.
Buffalo bumps their record to 59-48 with the win.
