A 4-RBI performance from second baseman Datu Lesaca, who is a two-time Gold Glove winner, led the Charleston Battery to a 6-3 win over the Boston Patriots. The save was Branlyn Jaraba's, his 20th. Charleston is now 49-52, Boston 57-44.

Charleston grabbed the momentum in the top of the fifth, when Lesaca, who finished 5th in the PL in triples with 6 in 2036, hit a 2-run double. His 13th double of the season put the Battery out in front, 5-3.

"We'll savor this win," Lesaca told the Charleston Daily, "then get ready for the next game."
