The Yinzers had to overcome a fine performance from Syracuse pitcher Jimmy Evans to grab a 2-0 win at Dragoons War Memorial Stadium. Evans allowed 1 earned run over 6 innings. Earning his 1st save of the year was Carlos Guerrero. Even with the win, the Yinzers have a dismal 8-16 record.
