The Crescent City Krewe topped the Ithaca Fighting Imps by the score of 7-1, with the biggest share of the credit going to left fielder Albert Seals. Seals was 2 for 3 with a home run, a triple, and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 2 for the Krewe on the day. The Krewe, now 9-4, have been playing some good baseball.

Seals had a game-changing home run in the top of the sixth. On a first pitch fastball from Don Murray, he banged a 2-run home run to left, giving the Krewe a 3-1 lead. It was the 1st home run of the year for Seals.
