Browns Stun Battery, 2-1
|
Cleveland Browns starter Juan Vias was in fine form against the Charleston Battery at Factory of Sadness, leading his team to a 2-1 win. Cleveland bumps their record to 42-48 with the win.
Ruud van Ineveld was the walk-off hero for Cleveland. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Browns right fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring double to send the teams home.
"This place was rockin'," said Vias.
