Fur Traders Topple Ghosts as Sainz Shines
Tacoma beat Casper at The Graveyard, escaping with a 8-7 win. The win in large part was due to catcher Eduardo Sainz, who earned player of the game honors. He was 4-4 with a home run and 3 doubles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Ricky Mina got credit for the save for Tacoma. It was his 13th of the year. After today's action, Tacoma sits at 29-62, while Casper falls to 48-43.

Tacoma used the timely hitting of Terry Boyle to capture the win. The shortstop socked a 3-run home run in the top of the first inning to put the Fur Traders ahead, 3-0. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a big one.
