Lancaster Farmers starter Josuke Okumura turned in a top-notch performance against the Biloxi Shuckers at The Pizza Oven. The result was a win for the Farmers, 5-2. Dave Green nailed down his 1st save. Lancaster is in 7th place in the Silver AA with a record of 25-31.

Lancaster used the clutch hitting of Robert Shannon to capture the win. The first baseman drilled a 3-run home run in the top of the fifth inning to put the Farmers ahead, 5-2. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a big one.

"It was a solid team effort and we'll try to keep this momentum going," Shannon told reporters after the game.
