The Lake Minnetonka Love Boats topped the Billings Polar Bears, 6-4, with youngster Vicente Casaus playing a key role. Casaus was 3-4 with 3 singles and a walk for the Love Boats in the win. Thomas Hancock picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 7-3. Marty Brooks was tagged with the loss. Lake Minnetonka leads the Menard's AA by 6 games.

Lake Minnetonka used the timely hitting of Spencer Maddox to seize the win. The designated hitter stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Love Boats on top, 4-3. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"This was a good win for us," said Maddox. "It's one more step toward our ultimate goal."
