The Asheville Highlanders powered past the Barton Springs Blues, 11-6, at Blues Field. Tony Castellanos went 4 for 6 with 4 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once, to lead the charge. Asheville is now 24-19.

With Asheville leading 1-0 in the top of the second, Castellanos hit a fastball from Brian Patterson for a run-scoring single. It was his 30th hit of the season and put the Highlanders ahead, 2-0.

"We put it together today and came out with the win," Castellanos said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
