Irving center fielder Emílio Pueblo made his presence felt in the 7-4 Blue Sox triumph over the Squirrel Hill Pierogis. Pueblo was 3 for 5 with a double and 2 singles. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Pedro Rodríguez got the win, improving to 2-3. He held the Pierogis to 4 earned runs on 4 hits over 7 innings, while striking out 2 and walking 4.
