A 4-RBI performance from third baseman Cheng-ho Bu, who is tied for 3rd in the 3AA with a .991 OPS, led the Richland Rails to a 11-5 win over the Marquette Miners. Nicolaas Eland was the winning pitcher. Over 5 innings, he allowed 5 runs on 9 hits, with 1 walk and 3 strikeouts. Picking up the save was António Moreno, his 2nd.

Bu contributed a big hit, a 3-run home run, for Richland in the bottom of the first. With his team trailing 2-1, Bu took a changeup from Alfredo Romo and stroked the home run to right. His 6th home run of the season allowed the Rails to leap in front, 4-2.

"What we get, we earn," Bu told the Richland Daily News.

The Rails have an impressive 22-13 record.
