Doyle Berkey left his imprint on the 11-7 Richland win against the Bethesda Atoms. Berkey went 3-5 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 runs and drove in 5. Richland now sits at 21-12, while Bethesda falls to 14-19.

Berkey contributed a big hit, a grand slam home run, for Richland in the top of the fourth. With his team trailing 4-3, Berkey took a fastball from Wilson Molina and stroked the home run to right. His 4th home run of the season allowed the Rails to leap in front, 7-4.

"It was offense that won us the game," said winning manager Fernando Mendoza.
