Behind the bravura of third baseman Tony Randolph, the Montana Pandas topped the Brooklyn Dodgers by the score of 7-2. Randolph went 4-5 with 3 doubles for the Pandas. Reliever Kenji Aoki picked up the win. His record improves to 1-0. Tom DeHart took the loss. The last-place Pandas lifted their record to 31-49.

In the top of the second, Gerrie Bond hit a 2-run single for Montana. The 32nd hit of the season for the Montana second baseman put the Pandas on top, 2-0.

"Enjoyed this one," Bond told the Montana Chronicle. "But it's back to work tomorrow."
