Supernovas Deal Men Painful Loss
The Scranton Supernovas faced a tough opponent in Florida pitcher Billy Craig, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Nuclear Stadium by a final score of 5-4. Craig went 6 innings and allowed 1 earned run. The Supernovas own a robust 54-21 mark.

Late in the game, first baseman Bill Stanton had a big at-bat for Scranton. In the bottom of the ninth, he hit a run-scoring single off Marty McFly. The play gave the Supernovas a 5-4 lead.
