Thrilling Walk-Off Win for Pride

The Port Huron Blitzkrieg got a superb performance from pitcher Steve O'Fennaghty, but the Hartford Pride still won the game, 4-3. O'Fennaghty was named the player of the game despite the loss. He threw 7 innings of 6-hit ball. Port Huron, at 4-11, is off to a poor start in 2042.
When he came to bat in the bottom of the ninth, Joe Aller had a chance to end it. Port Huron pitcher Armando Garay had other ideas. But with one out, Aller grounded out, driving in 1 run. The Pride had the win.
"We'll savor this win," Aller told the Hartford Daily News, "then get ready for the next game."
