The Tortolita Drummers beat the Port Huron Blitzkrieg, 6-5, at Drummers Ballpark. The win was largely due to the efforts of second baseman Keiran Calleson, who captured player of the game honors. He went 2-4 with a home run. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. Austin Aries got the save, the 1st for him this season. With the loss, Port Huron drops to 1-4.

Tortolita grabbed the momentum in the bottom of the fifth, when Calleson hit a 2-run home run. His 1st home run of the season put the Drummers out in front, 6-4.

"I like the roll we're on," said Tortolita manager Barrett Abbott.
