Reyes, Dodos Hammer Pride
|
The Hialeah Dodos handed the Hartford Pride a sound defeat, 11-1, at Pride Park. Juan Reyes was a main contributor to the win. He was 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 5 runs and scored once for Hialeah. The Dodos, with only their 1st win in 4 games, have not had much to write home about in 2042.
Reyes put Hialeah up, 11-1, when he hit a grand slam home run off Umebayashi Naofumi in the top of the sixth. His 2nd home run of the season helped the Dodos capture the win.
"We took it on the chin today," said losing manager William Smith.
