The Syracuse Starks defeated the Plymouth Rocks, 10-2, in USPL Triple A action at Stark Stadium, with Syracuse third baseman Patrick Mildren named player of the game. Austin Bizzle earned the win to go to 4-7. He allowed 2 earned runs on 7 hits, with 3 walks and 3 strikeouts. António Rodríguez picked up the save, his 2nd.

In the bottom of the second, Francisco Agámez hit a 2-run home run for Syracuse. The 7th home run of the season for the Syracuse center fielder put the Starks on top, 2-0.

In postgame comments to the Syracuse Herald, Agámez said, "If the effort is there, the wins will come."

The last-place Starks raised their record to 17-55.
