Starks Come Back Late to Clip Redlegs

Syracuse and Sacramento played a hard-fought contest at Sacramento Sanitation Station.
Syracuse used a superb performance from starting pitcher Austin Bizzle to down the Sacramento Redlegs, 2-1. In 8 innings, Bizzle surrendered 4 hits, while striking out 5 and walking 2. He allowed 1 run. The save was credited to Damien Hayward, his 4th.
Francisco Agámez made it 2-1, Syracuse, in the top of the ninth when he grounded out, driving in 1 run. It was a big at-bat in the Starks win.
"We faced good pitching and still got it done," said Agámez.
Syracuse now sits in last place in the Premier AAA at 15-52.
