Bunschoten Helps Alaskan Outscore Sacramento
The Alaskan Humpbacks downed the Sacramento Redlegs, 15-11, at Sea World. The Humpbacks were led by Christiaan Bunschoten, who captured player of the game honors. He went 3 for 4 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 3 times and drove in 5. Yushua Wazir picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 3-0. Eric Mason was tagged with the loss. The Humpbacks, at 43-13, have now won 5 straight.

Kyle Goodbrand made an early impact for Alaskan when he stroked his 15th hit of the season. The run-scoring single, which came with one out in the bottom of the second, put the Humpbacks on top, 2-0.
