Extra-Inning Walk-Off Win for Redlegs
|
The Sacramento Redlegs picked up a win at Sacramento Sanitation Station, knocking off the Port Royal Disaster, 5-3. Starting pitcher Gustavo Molina, who captured player of the game honors, was a big reason why. Sacramento now owns a record of 15-12.
Sacramento took a 5-3 lead on Qian-fu Zhou's 1st home run of the season. The 2-run home run came off Port Royal pitcher Narihira Yokota in the bottom of the 14th.
"There's no quit in this team," said Redlegs manager Marshall Edwards.
