Bloomington got a strong outing from António Arellano as the Longnecks defeated the Sacramento Redlegs, 3-0, at Lookouts Ballpark. Salvador Sagastizabal earned the save for Bloomington, his 1st of the year. The Longnecks improve their record to 11-10 with the win over Sacramento.

Arellano, who dominated for Bloomington, earned the victory to move to 3-0. He was in control the whole game, scattering 1 hit over 7 innings, while striking out 5. Sacramento batters could never bunch up enough hits to produce a rally.

"António is tough when he's hitting his spots," said Bloomington manager Curt Kenney.
