Boyd Helps Sioux Falls Cruise to 14-3 Win
The Sioux Falls Red Pandas put together a convincing win at The Bamboo Forest, defeating the Santa Barbara Golden Cranes, 14-3. Nick Boyd was one of the hitting stars. He was 3 for 5 with 2 doubles and a walk, while scoring 4 runs and driving in 4 for Sioux Falls. NaNomi Lojore was the winner. Over 5.2 innings, he allowed 2 runs on 6 hits, with 2 walks and 4 strikeouts. The Red Pandas now have a mark of 13-8.

Martín Pliego put Sioux Falls in front, 5-1, when he took Raneem Zogby downtown. His 3-run home run came with no one out in the bottom of the third. It was his 4th home run of the season.
