Flyers Get Win, Extend Streak to 4

The Pennsauken Flyers beat the Salt Lake City Buzz, 4-2, at Pennsauken Park. The win was largely due to the efforts of third baseman Bras Castanheta, who captured player of the game honors. He was 3-3 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 times. Jeffery Clayton earned the save for Pennsauken, his 5th. Pennsauken is still hoping to get on a roll. The win is just their 7th in 19 games.
The game was on the line with two out in the top of the seventh inning, but José Salazar didn't flinch. With runners on 1st and 2nd and Salt Lake City trailing 3-2, Salazar retired John Mayasich to end the threat. "Nothing to it," said Salazar, with a wink.
