The Panama City Piranhas stopped the Toledo Stingers, 10-8, at Pacesetter Park. The Piranhas got a big game from Kieran Hansen, who went 3-6 with 3 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Gunner Cross got the save, the 2nd for him this season. With the loss, Toledo drops to 2-2.

Panama City used the timely hitting of Salvador Ramírez to seize the win. The designated hitter stroked a 2-run single in the top of the fourth inning to put the Piranhas on top, 5-1. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"Getting a lot of baserunners and getting some timely hits, it's a good combination," said Ramírez.
