The Capital Hill pitcher allowed 3 hits, fanned 4 and walked 1 in blanking Amarillo, 6-0. "There were a lot of frustrated guys walking back to the dugout today," Amarillo manager Arthur Franklin said. "Not a fun day." This season Harvey has compiled a 7-4 mark with a 3.34 ERA.
