PR Premier Pitcher is Fort Knox's Rouse Sunday, September 1st, 2041 Ron Rouse of Fort Knox excelled on the mound in August with a 4-0 record and was named the Pitcher of the Month in the USPL Rookie. Rouse restricted opposing batters to 16 base hits and a .150 batting average. He rang up 28 strikeouts in 30.2 innings of work, surrendered 8 walks, and fashioned a 0.29 ERA.
