Big Bat Pays Off, Hussain Player of the Week Monday, August 19th, 2041 Bilal Hussain of the Long Island Ducks has just enjoyed one of the better weeks of his career. That fact was not lost on USPL Rookie officials, who named him Player of the Week. Hussain logged a .556 batting average for the Long Island Ducks, racking up 8 RBIs and 2 home runs. Thus far this season in 67 games Hussain is batting .299 with 8 home runs, 32 RBIs and 26 runs scored. He has 70 hits in 234 at-bats. |
