Gary Crook Hurt, Out for Year
Sunday, July 21st, 2041
Gary Crook has to call it a season. The Redwood Rhinos reliever sustained a season-ending injury against the Montgomery Biscuits and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Crook was injured while throwing a pitch. His doctors diagnosed it as shoulder inflammation and stated that he would not be able to play for 4-5 months.

This season Crook has chalked up no saves, notched a 0-0 record with a 3.86 ERA, allowed 16 hits in his 16.1 innings of work, struck out 13 and walked 10. Opponents are hitting .254 against the Redwood hurler.
