Season May Be Over for Otters Woods
Saturday, July 20th, 2041
The season is ending on a bad note for Kent Woods, starting pitcher for the Tulsa Otters. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Woods was hurt against the Long Island Ducks while throwing a pitch. He suffered a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and will be out for at least 10-11 months.

This season Woods has worked 48 innings with 45 strikeouts en route to a 2-3 record and a 3.38 ERA.
