Wilkerson Selected PAA's Top Player Saturday, October 12th, 2041 The manager of the Virginia Palladium Sox said he thinks John Wilkerson is only going to get better as he gets older. He may only be 22, but it will be hard to top the left fielder's 2041 campaign, as he has been named the winner of the USPL Double A Outstanding Hitter Award. His winning campaign featured a .320 batting average and a .452 on-base percentage this year. In 102 games he piled up 118 hits, 26 doubles, 1 triple, 14 home runs, 67 RBIs and 81 runs scored. He received 9 first place votes out of a possible 10. Charlie Cummings of the Akron Blimps finished second in voting, while César Enríques of the Mercer Island Screaming Eagles finished third with 1 first place vote.
