But when you put up numbers like his, you're going to get some notice. In August the Virginia starter earned a 4-1 mark in 5 starts. He threw 35.1 innings, struck out 34 and compiled a solid 2.55 ERA. This season Malone has compiled a 11-4 mark with a 3.34 ERA. |
