SAA's #1 Batter Chosen Sunday, September 1st, 2041 Keith Pick is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Virginia Beach second baseman joined that select company when the USSL Double A announced the results of August's voting. Pick totaled 29 hits, 10 walks, 7 home runs, 17 RBIs and 15 runs scored last month to put together a .382 batting average and .460 on-base percentage. Thus far this season in 33 games Pick is batting .317 with 9 home runs, 27 RBIs and 21 runs scored. He has 39 hits in 123 at-bats. |
