3AA Player of the Week Goes to Shadix of Bethesda Monday, September 2nd, 2041 Byron Shadix burst onto the M3L Double A stage in a big way last week. This promising rookie right fielder for Bethesda garnered everyone's respect by putting up some remarkable numbers and picking up the Player of the Week trophy. The 23-year-old haunted opposing pitchers hitting .529 (9-for-17) with 2 home runs and 6 RBIs last week. Shadix has a .252 average and a .343 on-base percentage for the year. He has picked up 67 hits, 7 home runs and driven in 32 runs. |
