Padilla Takes 3AA's Best Bat Trophy Sunday, September 1st, 2041 Rafael Padilla may be much younger than other hitters in the M3L Double A, but he performed like a seasoned veteran in August to win the Batter of the Month award. The 23-year-old Athletic Club KC Academy right fielder hit .407 with 4 home runs, 19 RBIs and 18 runs scored. Padilla is hitting .348 this year with 13 home runs, 51 RBIs and 67 runs scored. He has 121 hits in 348 at-bats, 64 walks and a .448 on-base percentage. Padilla has played in 90 games. |
