Playoffs? No Chance for Ottawa Monday, August 19th, 2041 Ánibal Lima said it's going to be "an awfully long offseason" for the Ottawa Nationals after they missed the M3L Double A playoffs. The club came close, but ultimately ran out of games to secure a postseason spot and were eliminated from contention today. This is the club's 25th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2016. In total, the Nationals have missed the playoffs 24 times in their 26-year history. |
