Warriors End Capmany's Streak Thursday, August 8th, 2041 The 27-game hitting streak of Jesús Capmany has come to an end. The Memphis Redbirds catcher went 0-for-5 today in his team's 6-4 loss to the Forest City Warriors at Lansing Park. "It's not just Jesús who came up short today," Redbirds manager Elliott Taylor said in his postgame press conference. "This was a team loss."
