Texas's Starter Receives PAAA Pitching Award Thursday, August 1st, 2041 Earl Hurdle took a much-deserved turn in the spotlight earlier today as he accepted the USPL Triple A Pitcher of the Month award for July. The 22-year-old Bronze Sox starter is a relative newcomer to the league, but nonetheless racked up an impressive 4-1 won-lost record in 5 starts. This month he fanned 35 batters in 33.1 innings and compiled a 3.51 ERA. This season Hurdle has compiled a 4-1 record with a 3.23 ERA. |
