PAAA's Top Hitter Selected Monday, July 1st, 2041 Syed Sarkar put together a good June to earn the USPL Triple A Batter of the Month prize. A virtual unknown, he made the most of his chance to prove to Jersey City officials that he belongs on the big league roster. The Tritons first baseman posted a .348 batting average with 9 home runs, 23 RBIs and 19 runs scored. For the season Sarkar has hit .325 with 15 home runs and 44 RBIs. He has played in 46 games and scored 30 times. |
