Pride Correa No-Hits Buzz Wednesday, June 26th, 2041 In a dominant outing, José Correa of the Hartford Pride totally silenced the bats of the Salt Lake City Buzz, finishing with a no-hitter. In the Pride' 6-0 victory, Correa faced only 32 batters, surrendered no hits, had 4 strikeouts and 7 walks. "Honestly, I didn't even know the situation was what it was until the seventh inning," Hartford manager William Smith said. "I happened to look up there to see how many hits we had gotten, and I happened to notice that they hadn't gotten any." Commenting on the defeat, losing manager Greg Keys told reporters in the clubhouse that he had a "simple" analysis of the game. "The Pride had all the hits and all the runs, so they won," he snapped.
