Reserves Pitching Ravaged by Cole Wednesday, May 8th, 2041 Christian Cole was sizzling at the plate today. In a game played at Milton Corner Tavern, the Milton shortstop blistered the Athletic Club KC Reserves for 5 hits in 8 at-bats to pace his club to a 8-7 victory. "Cole was too tough to get out today," Reserves skipper Tim Nelson said in his postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too." Christian Cole hit a solo-shot off Alton Westrich in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th, hit an RBI double in the 8th, singled in the 10th, struck out in the 11th, flied out in the 13th, doubled in the 16th and hit an RBI single in the 17th.
