Taylor Week's Best in 3AAA Monday, September 2nd, 2041 26-year-old Denis Taylor made a few Sunset District headlines during this past week as the rookie catcher proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and M3L Triple A officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 4 hits in 8 at-bats to put up a .500 average. Taylor collected 2 home runs, 5 RBIs and scored 2 runs. On the year Taylor is hitting .228 with 37 hits, 6 home runs, 22 RBIs, .328 OBP and has scored 22 runs. |
