SL's Top Rookie Proclaimed Tuesday, October 29th, 2041 Las Vegas fans have reason to cheer today as center fielder Dirk Horwedel brought home the United States Silver League Newcomer of the Year Award for 2041. He put together a .305 batting average on the strength of 141 hits and swatted 16 home runs. He also racked up 63 RBIs and scored 82 runs, signaling that this might be the beginning of a solid baseball career. Dave Lawson of the Greenville 84s finished second in voting, while Lewis N.
