Woods Selected Player of the Week Monday, August 26th, 2041 It was some kind of week for Craig Woods of the Ft. Worth Cattlemen. First he hits the heck out of the ball, ripping it at a .423 clip and the next thing you know, he is voted the Player of the Week in the United States Silver League. Last week Woods went 11-for-26, chalked up 2 home runs and 7 RBIs and scored 4 runs. Not a bad week's work at all. Woods is hitting at a .246 mark this season. His stats show 18 home runs, 48 RBIs and 45 runs scored. He has played 86 games for the Cattlemen. |
