PA's #1 Starter is Sousa Sunday, September 1st, 2041 In August, Jim Sousa tore through the USPL Single A like a seasoned veteran -- quite impressive for a player only 23 years old. The young Rocky Mountain starter posted a 5-0 mark and an ERA of 1.53 to earn the Pitcher of the Month award. In 29.1 innings he collected 25 strikeouts while limiting the opposition to a .186 average. In 21 starts this season Sousa has notched a 10-5 record and a 3.15 ERA. |
