For the season, Medina had 3 saves in 28 relief appearances, which totaled 39. He fanned 63 betters, while walking 16 and put up a record of 4-0 to go with his 0.23 ERA. He received 10 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Radislav Ciger of the Grim Reapers finished second in voting, while James Fitzgerald of the Grim Reapers finished third.
