3A Announces Best Player Award Sunday, September 29th, 2041 The future looks extremely bright for Colton Shepard. At the age of 21, many players are still trying to find their way in M3L Single A. Shepard has not only found his way, he's already established himself as one of the game's brightest stars, today being named the winner of the M3L Single A Outstanding Hitter Award. "I didn't expect to hit .301 this year, that's for sure," the catcher said. The Put-In-Bay BC star also put up a .414 on-base percentage this year, with 65 hits, 15 doubles, 1 triple, 12 home runs, 41 RBIs and 38 runs scored. He received 9 first place votes out of a possible 12.
